1. Return Policy
We accept returns only for products that are damaged upon delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- You must provide an unboxing or unpacking video as proof that the product was damaged before or during delivery.
- You must submit the return request within 7 days of receiving the parcel, along with the video evidence.
- Without the video or if the request is made after 7 days, we will be unable to process your return.
We do not accept returns if:
- You did not record an unpacking video and later claim the product was damaged.
- You ordered the wrong size or changed your mind after receiving the item.
2. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges in cases where we made a mistake, including:
- Sending the wrong size, design, or product. For example, if you ordered a size L and we sent an XL, we will exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost.
- You must submit the exchange request within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
- The exchange will be processed once we receive the incorrect item and verify its condition. It will then be shipped within 2-3 business days of our receipt.
We do not accept exchanges if:
- The issue is not our fault. For example, if you ordered a size L but later decide it’s too big or small. Every product page includes a size chart, and a slight variation of 0.5 to 1 inch is within normal limits.
- Please check the size chart before placing your order, as our apparel is custom printed specifically for you.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned damaged product.
- If your package is lost during delivery, we will consider it our responsibility and process a full refund.
