  3. Unboxing: We advise you to carefully unbox the package. If the package is damaged during unboxing (e.g., with scissors or any sharp object), a refund may not be possible unless you provide an unpacking video or images of the courier cover.
  4. Package Damage Upon Receipt: If you notice any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, please mention the damage in the remark while signing. This information is crucial for us to claim a refund from the courier service.
  5. Wrong Size Ordered or Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange or return a product due to ordering the wrong size or for reasons not related to defects or damage, such returns will be handled at your expense. You will need to place a new order for the correct or desired item.
